Monday: Turbofire 30 min fire, 10 min Stretch
Great for a morning workout, its able to give you the energy and positive attitude for the day.

Tuesday: Turbofire 40 Hit, 3 Mile Run
Great for morning, really pushes your endurance and dedication. Afternoon, its time for a quick run!

Wednesday: No Turbofire! Yay! 5 mile run, Basic Routines.
A day off from Turbofire, but the morning still consist of a few basic workout movements, especially for toning.
