Scales, Scales, Scales

I am packing up the scale. When I wake up in the morning I usually weigh myself just to make sure I am still on track. When you wake up you can usually tell if you have had a good or bad day...well my scale no matter what always says the same weight. I can be wearing Uggs, jeans, a sweatshirt and weight the same as if I was not wearing such things.

Frustrated...

Portion Control

Its day 4 of Turbofire, I am starting to feel sore but that only means its working right? Well besides that the weather has been fantastic and I greatly enjoy spending so much time with my family Yesterday we played frisbee, which reminds me how much I want to go discing here soon!

Today I picked up some more things for the pantry:

Sun Butter
Banana Granola
Oats

Yum Yum

Oh and I love the almond milk, I can not go back to regular milk...ever!

I also wanted to talk about the new red meat study that just came out. One of the biggest things I have taken from this (being a vegetarian) was the portion part.  I believe that portions are some of the biggest problems people have when dieting! Just by changing portions, one can significantly loose weight.
