Today I picked up some more things for the pantry:
Sun Butter
Banana Granola
Oats
Yum Yum
Oh and I love the almond milk, I can not go back to regular milk...ever!
I also wanted to talk about the new red meat study that just came out. One of the biggest things I have taken from this (being a vegetarian) was the portion part. I believe that portions are some of the biggest problems people have when dieting! Just by changing portions, one can significantly loose weight.
