Boot camp is going great! I've lost about 7 pounds since Sunday! Even though a lot of that is water weight, I still feel like a slob and lazy before I started. Boot camp is about 45 mins every morning and then I add about 30 mins on the bike.
I have become obsessed with fish, shrimp, cod, Yummmmm :) Its also spinach season! Spring always calls for spinach.
I need to go to the store today, I probably wont make it but tomorrow for sure. I need mangoes. After that dream its all that I crave. I was also thinking about some asian food ideas and need to pick up some broccoli and tofu.
Any ideas for some good recipes?
