For breakfast though, we only had two end pieces of my favorite bread, how sad right? Well I decided to make some french toast. I added some protein powder to give it some nutritional value, it was delicious!
All you need:
One Egg White
1/4 a Cup of Milk
2 tbsp of Whey Protein
1-2 Slices of Whole Grain Bread
And your preferred topping, this morning mine happened to be maple syrup.
Since I am feeling up to eating normal food, I am going to try and work out today. I might not run quite yet, but the bike is very tempting to get me back into some sort of grove. Possibly TurboFire tomorrow? Maybe Today? Well have to see...
